Findlay Art League Announces 2011-2012 Student Art Classes

The Findlay Art League is pleased to offer a variety of youth art education classes for 2010-2011.  Each month will focus on an element of art or principle of design.  Students will explore new art techniques and media.  They will create exciting projects with pencil, markers, paint, chalk, oil pastels, and more.  We will also be learning about how various well known artists applied these elements of art and principles of design to their work.

2011 - 2012  Art Classes

The Findlay Art League is offering an adult class in watercolor by photo realistic Laura Barnhardt Corle.   These watercolor classes, starting in January, 2012, make this class a perfect Christmas gift to give to a loved one or even yourself.   Students can work at their own level from beginning to advanced. The 8 week sessions of 2 hour classes, 7 – 9PM will start Wednesday, January 11th at the Findlay Art League classroom, 117 West Crawford Street. The classes will conclude on February 29th.  The cost of the 8 week classes is $85 for non FAL members and $75 for Findlay Art League members.  There will also be a $20 supply charge.
